It's a new national destination experience located inside the massive iconic Pyramid in Downtown Memphis, TN. This new, immersive retail experience offers something for everyone from the serious outdoor enthusiast to families looking to have fun. We are much more than just a store. Inside the expansive 535,000-square-foot pyramid are many experiences and features that offer something for everyone.

Big Cypress Lodge
Big Cypress Lodge, a 103-room wilderness-themed hotel, is the first hotel inside any Bass Pro Shops location. Most rooms offer a private screened-in porch that offers a commanding view of the sprawling cypress swamp below. The hotel also offers spaces for business meetings and celebrations.

Mississippi Terrace at the Pyramid
The Mississippi Terrace is the ultimate entertainment patio attached to the Pyramid. It features two fire pits, a full bar, a stage for live music, and a menu of small plate appetizers and hand-crafted cocktails.

Ducks Unlimited Waterfowling Heritage Center
Another signature experience inside the Pyramid is the new Ducks Unlimited Waterfowling Heritage Center, an interactive wetlands education museum showcasing the history of waterfowling and wetlands conservation. Created in partnership with Memphis-based Ducks Unlimited, the world’s leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation, the Center allows visitors to learn more about the incredible wildlife found along the Mississippi Flyway and the importance of conserving wetlands.

28-Story Freestanding Elevator & Glass Observation Deck and The Lookout at the Pyramid
Ride the world’s tallest freestanding elevator 28 stories to the top of the Pyramid and find yourself in The Lookout at the Pyramid. Enjoy a menu of delicious food and specialty drinks while taking in the spectacular view of Memphis below. The steampunk style of décor is complimented by an aquarium in the middle of the restaurant and two glass observation decks. Elevator access to the Observation Deck is $8 ($5 for kids 5-12); please call for group rates. Admission is included for Big Cypress Lodge guests. Elevator and Observation Deck hours are 11am–8:30pm Monday – Saturday and 11am–6:30pm on Sundays. The restaurant is open Monday – Saturday from 11am–9pm and 11am–8pm on Sundays.

Wahlburgers Wild
Wahlburgers Wild, Tennessee’s first Wahlburgers restaurant, offers a one-of-a-kind wilderness-inspired menu by Chef Paul Wahlberg. Wahlburgers Wild embraces the magic of the great outdoors to provide a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Restaurant hours are 11am–9pm Monday – Saturday and 11am–7pm on Sundays. Breakfast is served for Big Cypress guests 7am–11am daily.

The Fishbowl at the Pyramid
The Fishbowl at the Pyramid features 13 lanes of underwater-themed bowling. The Fishbowl is open for bowling 11am–9pm Monday – Saturday and 11am–7pm on Sundays.

Beretta Fine Gun Center
The Gallery sells Beretta premium and gallery grade firearms, as well as a full line of shotguns for hunting and sporting, and Beretta pistols from pocketsize to full size including the famous Beretta M9.

Archery Range & Pistol Range
Practice your aim at 25-yard live fire pistol and archery ranges. Call the store for times and restrictions. *Must bring own equipment.

Aquarium and Fish Feeding
Live fish feeding show at 2:00 pm daily.
